This Refund Policy explains how Unoairtrips handles eligible refunds for travel bookings. Refund approval, amount, and timeline depend on the rules of the airline, hotel, tour operator, transfer provider, or other supplier connected to your reservation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only when permitted by the supplier terms attached to your booking. Some fares, rooms, packages, activities, and promotional rates may be non-refundable or may qualify only for partial refund, credit, or date-change options.
How Refunds Are Calculated
The refund amount is calculated after deducting supplier penalties, cancellation charges, used services, payment charges, and applicable Unoairtrips service fees. If your booking includes multiple services, each component may have a different refund rule.
Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by the supplier, it is usually processed within 7 to 21 business days. Banks, card issuers, payment gateways, and supplier settlement timelines may add extra processing time.
Original Payment Method
Eligible refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless another method is approved by Unoairtrips. Refunds cannot be issued to a different person or unrelated account without proper verification.
Non-refundable Charges
Service fees, convenience fees, payment gateway fees, documentation charges, used services, supplier penalties, and administrative charges may be non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Refund Request Requirements
To request a refund review, provide your booking reference or invoice number, traveler name, contact details, reason for cancellation or refund request, and any supplier notification or supporting proof if available.
Supplier Disruptions
In cases of airline schedule changes, hotel closure, supplier cancellation, operational disruption, or force majeure events, refund or credit options are subject to the alternatives provided by the supplier.
